Upscale medical and cosmetic practice seeks Full-Time Business Manager. Hours will include early morning and late evening house. The practice is open Monday - Friday. Exact schedule depends on the needs of the practice.
Business Manager duties to include practice analysis, financial reports, marketing, promotion, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and some medical billing (to clarify, the practice is non-par, but submits some claims). An essential component of this position is that the employee be self-motivated to seek out the necessary data, run the necessary analysis, and present it to the owners in a regular and timely fashion autonomously.
Duties will also include surgical schedule coordination, patient financial consultation, staff supervision and evaluation, managing and ordering of supplies, opening and closing the office, and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would be hardworking, motivated, pleasant, mature, detail-oriented, and looking to grow with and within our practice. Legible writing and computer literacy are required.
Important points to consider before applying:
MBA is highly preferred. Healthcare business experience is absolutely required.
Minimum 1 year experience in private practice is required. Experience in the areas of cosmetics and surgery preferred.
Experience with, and understanding of, medical insurance is necessary.
Proficiency with computers and software, particularly medical software, is required.
Good pronunciation, clear diction and elegant demeanor are absolutely
essential
.
